Daily Surface Cleaning
Daily cleaning is essential to keep the machine in good condition. First, turn off the power and wait for the machine to cool down completely. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the machine surface, operation panel, and protective cover. Remove dust, metal scraps, and stains gently to avoid scratching equipment. Clean the pipe chuck and positioning parts carefully to ensure accurate clamping. Do not use wet cloth or liquid directly on electrical parts to prevent short circuits.
Key Component Cleaning
Important parts need proper and careful cleaning. Clean the laser protective lens with special lens paper and cleaning solution. Replace the lens if it is damaged or polluted. Clear metal residues from the cutting head, nozzle and gas channel regularly to ensure smooth air flow. Clean the inside of the pipe cutting area and remove accumulated scraps. Keep the cooling system filter clean to ensure good heat dissipation.
Regular Deep Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular deep cleaning improves stability and service life. Clean the dust removal system, exhaust channel and internal scrap box weekly. Check and clean the transmission parts such as guide rails and gears, then apply lubricant as required. Keep the working area clean and tidy. Always follow instructions during cleaning; do not disassemble parts at will. Proper cleaning ensures safe operation, high cutting quality and stable performance of the fiber laser pipe cutting machine.
