Laser cutting machines are precision machining equipment that uses high-energy laser beams to replace traditional cutting tools. They are core equipment in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and due to their high efficiency and precision, they have widely replaced traditional cutting processes such as sawing and stamping, becoming the mainstream choice for industrial processing and customized production.

Their working principle involves focusing the laser into an extremely small spot, instantly melting the workpiece material. Combined with precise positioning by a CNC system, this achieves non-contact cutting. Compared to traditional cutting methods, it has a minimal heat-affected zone, no mechanical deformation of the workpiece, a smooth, burr-free cut, requires no secondary grinding, and achieves millimeter-level cutting accuracy, easily handling complex patterns and irregular contours.

The mainstream models on the market are fiber laser cutting machines and CO₂ laser cutting machines. The former is mainly used for cutting metal sheets and is suitable for materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys; the latter is mostly used for non-metallic materials such as fabrics, acrylic, and wood.

The equipment is easy to operate and highly automated, and is widely used in industries such as sheet metal processing, advertising signage, home building materials, auto parts, and 3C electronics. It can handle both mass production and personalized customization, and greatly improve processing efficiency and finished product quality.
