2. Intelligent Cutting Head for Automatic Precision Adjustment

Equipped with XingChuang’s self-developed intelligent cutting head (with automatic focusing and follow-up control), high-precision sensors monitor the cutting head-material distance to avoid uneven cuts and burrs. A fully automatic nozzle adjustment system adapts gas parameters without manual intervention; the optional visual coaxial instrument achieves 0.01mm centering precision and 10-second calibration, reducing downtime.
