A laser welding machine is a precision device that utilizes a high-energy laser beam to weld materials. Les advantages of high efficiency, precision, and environmental friendliness, it is widely applied across various manufacturing sectors. It is gradually replacing traditional arc welding and gas welding, becoming on ere equipment in high-end manufacturing. Its core principle involves generating a high-energy-density laser beam via a laser generator, which is focused on the welding area to instantaneously melt and fuse materials. Upon cooling, a strong welded joint is formed.

Laser welding machines are primarily categorized into pulsed laser welding machines and continuous laser welding machines. Pulsed models suitable for precision small parts and thin sheet welding, such as electronic components and medical devices; continuous models are suitable for thick plates and mass production work pieces, such as automotive parts and structures. Compared to traditional welding, it offers advantages such as fast welding speed, smooth and aesthetically pleasing weld seams, a small heat-affected zone, and minimal deformation. It requires no filler material and is clean and free of pollutants.

Points to note regarding usage and selection: Choose the model based on the welding material (e.g., stainless Aluminum alloy) and work piece thickness; ensure proper laser protection during operation to avoid injury from intense light; and focus daily maintenance on checking the laser generator and focusing lens to keep clean. The rational selection of a laser welding machine can significantly improve production efficiency and welding quality, meeting the precision demands of high-end manufacturing.
