Laser welding machines are high-precision, high-power equipment. Strict adherence to operating procedures is essential to prevent accidents, protect equipment and personnel, and extend equipment lifespan.
Before operation, always wear appropriate protective gear, including laser-protective goggles, flame-retardant work clothes, and protective gloves. Short sleeves, shorts, and slippers are strictly prohibited. Check the equipment's wiring, gas pipes, and water tank for damage. Confirm that voltage, water pressure, and gas pressure meet standards. Clear debris and flammable materials from the workbench area to eliminate fire hazards. Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the machine; equipment management must be handled by designated personnel.
During operation, never look directly at the laser beam, and do not touch the welding head or high-temperature work pieces to prevent burns or laser damage. Strictly adhere to the parameters when adjusting the equipment; do not arbitrarily change power, speed, or other settings to avoid overloading and damaging the equipment. Place work pieces securely and firmly to prevent welding misalignment. Feeding and unloading must be performed with the machine stopped. Never enter the work area while the machine is running. If any abnormal noises, air leaks, or water leaks occur, immediately stop the machine and disconnect the power. Troubleshoot the problem before restarting.
After work, promptly shut off the laser, power supply, gas supply, and water supply, and clean up any residue or waste on the workbench. Perform regular equipment maintenance, including periodic inspections of the lenses, optical path, and cooling system, and keep the equipment clean. Maintain accurate equipment usage records, store equipment properly, and ensure the power is completely disconnected before leaving the premises. Implement daily fire prevention measures, ensure fire extinguishers are available in the work area, strictly adhere to safety procedures, and ensure safe and standardized operation.
