Maintenance of The Laser Welding Machine's Welding Gun

1.When cleaning the gun head, do not wipe it with water or corrosive liquid, and do not blow any part of the gun head with an air gun or strong wind.

2.When replacing the protective lens, pay attention to keeping the surrounding environment clean, the fan or air conditioner should be turned off, and the gap in the gun body should be sealed with adhesive tape when pulling out the protective lens, and strictly prevent the dust into the gun body.

3.There are multiple sets of high-power fragile reflection lenses inside the welding gun head, and it is strictly prohibited to bump and fall when using the welding gun head.

4.When using this product, the whole machine must be grounded, and ensure that the ground wire function is normal and effective. The laser welding head can not be used on the same operating platform with the argon arc welding machine, and can not be used together with the argon arc welding machine.

Note: When the equipment is in use, first check whether the protective lens is intact, and timely treatment of dust and other debris can better extend the service life of the lens. The position of the machine should be more than one meter away from the barrier to prevent poor heat dissipation from affecting the service life of the equipment.
