1.When installing the optical fiber, please note that the bending angle of the optical fiber cannot exceed 90°.

2.When installing the laser, it is necessary to clean the surface of the fiber head and the cutting head (it is recommended to use acetone for cleaning, because acetone is volatile, and cleaning with acetone will not leave water spots on the surface of the cutting head and the fiber head),This is to prevent dust from entering the cutting head. If the dust enters the cutting head, it will cause the cutting head and the fiber to burn.

3.After opening the protective cap of the optical fiber, you need to install the optical fiber quickly. The optical fiber end face cannot be exposed to the air for a long time, because the invisible dust in the air will contaminate the optical fiber end face, which will also cause the optical fiber to burn. Install the optical fiber as soon as possible (recommended Installed within 10 seconds).

4.When installing the optical fiber, try to install it horizontally, not vertically, under the condition that the optical fiber will not be bent.
