Cutting machines are commonly used equipment in processing and production. Long-term operation can easily lead to problems such as component wear and dust accumulation. Proper daily maintenance ensures cutting accuracy, extends equipment lifespan, eliminates safety hazards, and keeps the equipment running stably.

After each use, the equipment must be cleaned promptly. Thoroughly remove debris, dust, and impurities from the worktable, saw blade, and cutter wheel to prevent residue buildup from clogging components and affecting operating accuracy. Clean the waste hopper and chip discharge channel to ensure unobstructed material discharge and prevent waste accumulation that could cause malfunctions. Also, wipe the machine body to keep the equipment clean.

Regularly check the condition of components and perform maintenance. Before starting the machine each day, check the cutting blade for damage or chips. Replace any damaged blades immediately to prevent operation with defects. Check the belt tension; too loose a belt will result in insufficient power, while too tight a belt can wear down bearings. Adjust as needed. Weekly check the power cord and grounding wire for secure connections and for any signs of aging or damage, eliminating potential electrical leakage hazards. Proper lubrication and protection are essential. Regularly lubricate sliding tracks and transmission components to reduce friction and wear. Keep equipment vents clear and clean internal dust regularly to prevent overheating and damage. When not in use, turn off the power, cover with a dust cover, and store in a dry, well-ventilated environment to prevent moisture and rust.

Never overload the cutting machine. Follow operating procedures. If any abnormal noises, vibrations, or other abnormalities are detected, stop the machine immediately and inspect it. Do not continue operation. Consistent daily maintenance reduces repair costs, ensures operational safety, and improves work efficiency.
