Pre-Operation Inspection
Before using a water-cooled fiber laser welding machine, carefully check the cooling system. Ensure the water level in the tank is normal and use special antifreeze or pure water to avoid scale and blockage. Check for leaks in water pipes and connectors, and confirm that the water flow and temperature are within the required range. At the same time, check the power supply, gas path and protective equipment to keep the equipment in stable condition. Adequate inspection can effectively prevent overheating damage and ensure safe startup.
Safe Operation Standards
During operation, strictly control the working temperature and water flow of the chiller. Do not touch the laser head and high-temperature parts to avoid burns. Keep the work area clean and ventilated, and do not place flammables nearby. Operators must wear protective glasses and gloves, and standardize the welding path and parameters. If abnormal noise, overheating or water leakage occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Correct operation can improve welding quality and extend the service life of the laser.
Maintenance And Shutdown Procedures
After use, shut down the equipment in the correct order: stop welding first, then let the chiller continue running for cooling before turning off the power. Regularly clean the water tank, replace the cooling water and filter elements to prevent impurities and corrosion. Check the cable, connector and cooling system for damage, and conduct regular maintenance records. Proper maintenance can reduce failures, keep the equipment efficient and stable, and ensure long-term reliable use.
