Pre-Operation Safety Inspection
Before operating the fiber laser cutting machine, conduct a comprehensive safety check. Only certified and trained personnel are allowed to operate the equipment. Inspect the power supply, cooling system, gas circuit and protective devices to ensure they work normally. Check the laser lens, cutting nozzle and working table for damage or debris. Wear professional laser safety goggles, anti-static gloves and protective clothing. Remove all flammable materials from the working area and confirm the emergency stop button is available.
Standard Operating Procedures
During operation, strictly follow the set operating procedures and cutting parameters. Do not directly look at the laser beam or place any body part in the laser path. Keep the safety doors closed during cutting to prevent laser radiation and splashing damage. Monitor the machine status in real time; if abnormal noise, overheating or gas leakage occurs, press the emergency stop immediately. Do not adjust the equipment or change programs at will, and never leave the machine unattended during operation.
Post-Operation Maintenance and Management
After cutting, turn off the laser, gas supply, cooling system and main power in sequence. Clean the workbench, cutting head and dust removal device to remove scraps and residues. Check the wearing parts and record operation data. Place the equipment in a dry and ventilated environment, and keep the area clean and tidy. Any faults must be reported in time, and disassembly or maintenance without permission is prohibited. Compliance with these rules ensures safe production, stable cutting quality and long service life of the machine.
