Water-cooled laser welding machines are high-precision welding equipment equipped with a water circulation cooling system. Designed for high-power, long-term continuous operation, they solve the problems of insufficient heat dissipation and poor stability found in ordinary air-cooled welding machines, making them a mainstream model in industrial welding.
The core principle is the use of a built-in water-cooling unit to create a circulating water path that continuously cools the laser, welding head, and other core components, quickly removing the high heat generated by the laser operation and stabilizing the equipment temperature within a suitable range of 20-30℃. Compared to air-cooled models, it has higher heat dissipation efficiency, lower operating noise, and effectively avoids problems such as laser attenuation and weld deformation caused by high temperatures, significantly improving welding accuracy and equipment lifespan.
Water-cooled laser welding machines are compatible with various metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and copper, and can perform spot welding, full welding, and sealing welding processes. They are widely used in industries such as hardware and kitchenware, automotive parts, medical devices, and sheet metal processing.
Regular replacement of purified water and cleaning of scale in the water system are necessary. In low-temperature environments during winter, antifreeze should be added to prevent the pipes from freezing and cracking. With its stable and durable characteristics and high welding quality, it has become the preferred equipment for mass production and precision welding.
